SoGood
Dallas, Texas

SoGood is a master-planned urban community located adjacent to Dallas' Farmers Market, Deep Ellum, the Cedars, and Fair Park, just south of Interstate 30. The development, which is currently on hold, is set to become a major innovation district in Dallas' southern sector. Once completed, it will feature hundreds of residential units, dining options, and commercial spaces, anchored by a cutting-edge innovation center designed to foster creativity and economic growth.

The project aims to revitalize the southern part of Dallas by offering vibrant green spaces, unique eateries, and a collaborative environment. Hoque Global's goal with SoGood is to demonstrate the business case for investing in this historically underserved area of Dallas.

Artin served as the engineering firm for the preliminary design and study phase of the project. While the project is currently on hold, the design and study phase has been successfully completed. The estimated construction cost for SoGood is $100 million, and it promises to play a major role in the revitalization of Dallas' southern district when it moves forward.
