School Craft
Livonia, MI

This state-of-the-art athletic and entertainment facility was developed for Schoolcraft College in Livonia, Michigan, to support the school’s expanding sports, recreation, and event programming. The building spans 73,386 square feet and features a durable, high-performance Widespan™ structural steel system engineered for large, column-free interior spaces ideal for athletic use.
The roof is built using the MR-24® conventional roof system, a proven solution known for its weathertight performance and long-term durability. Exterior walls are clad with Butlerib® II metal wall panels, offering a sleek aesthetic and low-maintenance finish suitable for high-traffic institutional environments.
Artin Engineering was responsible for the structural steel design of the facility, delivering efficient, code-compliant solutions tailored to the specific needs of a large-span, multi-purpose venue. Our team worked closely with the project stakeholders to ensure the structure would accommodate dynamic loads, flexible layouts, and long-term operational use for both athletics and large-scale events.
