The Crest Homes for Elderly
Norco, CA

The Crest Home for the Elderly expansion project in Norco, CA, is funded by a State of California Grant and aims to increase the facility’s capacity from 29 to 99 beds to better serve seniors with behavioral health needs who receive SSI. The expansion will add 24,820 square feet across three new structures on a 1.38-acre site, including a two-story facility designed with ADA accessibility.
This new facility will feature a central kitchen, dining room, activity areas, and outdoor spaces for recreation and relaxation. The project focuses on providing care for at-risk seniors, including those on Medi-Cal and those at risk of homelessness. With trained staff available to assist with daily living activities, the expansion will enhance the quality of life for vulnerable elderly individuals, offering a safe and supportive environment tailored to their unique needs.
