Artin provided structural steel design for the Novva Tahoe Reno Data Center, a 300,000 sq. ft. hyperscale facility located at 1 Astro Way in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center (TRIC). The project combines tilt-up concrete construction with a custom-engineered structural steel framework, designed to support the heavy loads, vibration control, and spatial demands of modern data operations.

Artin’s scope included:

• Steel framing design for large open-span data halls

• Structural integration with tilt-up wall systems

• Load analysis for mission-critical equipment and cooling infrastructure

• Seismic and wind load compliance per Nevada codes

 

With 60MW of capacity, a 100MW on-site substation, and advanced cooling and security systems, the facility demanded a highly resilient and adaptable structural solution. Artin’s work ensured the building could meet both current and future technological demands, reinforcing our expertise in complex data center structural engineering.
